A Pampered Auto – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by A Pampered Auto (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to mobile detailing services, paint correction, ceramic coating applications, vehicle protection treatments, service appointments, consultations, or marketing communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, users confirm they meet the minimum age requirement of 18+.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

A Pampered Auto provides professional mobile automotive services, including:

  • Exterior and interior detailing
    • Paint correction services
    • Ceramic coating installation
    • Vehicle protection treatments
    • Maintenance detailing
    • Consultation and service recommendations
    • Promotional and marketing communications

Services are performed on-site at the customer’s location unless otherwise agreed upon.

We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue services at our discretion.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By booking or using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current contact information
    • Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
    • Provide a safe working environment
    • Provide access to water and electricity if required (unless otherwise agreed)
    • Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service
    • Disclose any pre-existing damage, repainting, or aftermarket modifications

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, rescheduling, additional charges, or cancellation of service.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking or on your invoice.

  • Deposits may be required to secure appointments
    • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
    • Late payments may incur additional fees
    • Returned payments, declined transactions, or chargebacks may result in administrative fees
    • Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of appointment may result in a cancellation fee

All payments are handled directly between the customer and A Pampered Auto unless otherwise stated.

5. Service Limitations & Results

While we strive for excellent results, customers acknowledge:

  • Some stains, scratches, oxidation, or paint defects may be permanent
    • Ceramic coatings require proper maintenance to perform as intended
    • Environmental conditions may affect service outcomes
    • Results vary based on vehicle condition and prior damage

We do not guarantee restoration beyond what is reasonably achievable given the vehicle’s condition.

6. SMS Program

Program Name: A Pampered Auto SMS Notifications

We may send SMS messages related to:

  • Appointment confirmations
    • Service reminders
    • Quote follow-ups
    • Order or service updates
    • Promotional offers

You may cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS notifications unless you opt back in.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Pampered Auto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage
    • Environmental factors during mobile service
    • Customer failure to disclose vehicle condition
    • Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing
    • Acts of God, weather events, or unforeseen disruptions

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Any warranty for ceramic coating or protection services is limited to the terms provided in writing at the time of service. Proper maintenance is required to maintain any stated warranty coverage.

We do not extend additional warranties beyond those explicitly stated in writing.

10. Termination

We may suspend or refuse service if a customer engages in fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, or illegal behavior.

Customers may cancel services subject to cancellation policies and outstanding payment obligations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

12. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
